Pulse Transformers

Polara also has a broad range of experience in designing and manufacturing transformers, from small coupling used in LAN networking to medium power used in step-up and step-down configurations. State-of-the art pulse transformers have been created by Polara for such critical applications as data communication interfaces, impedance matching, SCR triggering, and balanced-to-unbalanced line conversion. Many Polara designs have featured low-profile, miniature, surface mount, and hermetically sealed packages. Other types we manufacture include fly-back, buck, boost, inverter, and converter.

Filters

Delay lines and filters go hand in hand, so it is only natural that Polara also offers a wide range of passive filters, including low-pass, band-pass, high-pass and band-reject type filters. During development we use state-of-the-art network analysis to maximize the filters performance throughout its designed range, thereby reducing design time and increasing design accuracy. We are also very experienced at miniaturizing circuits to meet tight space requirements.
