Although Polara has expertise in many magnetic component product types, custom delay lines is what brought the company much of its early success. We have supplied custom designs for commercial computers, medical imaging, commercial and military infrared imaging and many other complex applications. 

Polara's product portfolio ranges from quality commercial lines to high reliability and military grade products guided by the requirements of MIL-D-83531 and MIL-D-83532.  

Passive Delay

• Our passive DIP parts come with a broad range of delay times, are available in 8- to 30-pin versions, with a variety of pin-outs.  
  

• Our passive SIP parts include 3- to 14-pin types; single, 5-, and 10-tap styles, and short-delay trimmer versions.  

Active Delay

• Polara's active parts encompass DIP, SIP, and MINI-DIP packages (TTL and ECL types, including programmable, high reliability models and versions meeting stringent military specifications). Included are 8- to 24-pin types; single to multiple tap styles; surface mount varieties; and hermetically sealed cases and cans.  
  

• We are skilled at meeting difficult design requirements and our products are usually key in the overall performance and success of our customers systems. We are capable of meeting performance requirements within the following ranges:
